Tower Lodge
A Tasting Experience of the Hunter Valley’s Local Produce
Set under soaring wood ceilings with fans languidly circling above, the restaurant and its adjoining lounge and terrace are the venues for breakfast and long lunches, sunset drinks and canapes followed by an a la carte dining menu that’s designed either for sharing or more formal dining. Guests as well as visitors can enjoy lunch and dinner at Tower Lodge.
Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table.
Hope Estate Group Executive Chef Anthony Fullerton heads up the kitchen at Tower Lodge, and brings with him a dedication to using local and homegrown produce and a stellar, award studded career history. Anthony was awarded Australian Hotels Association Regional Chef of the Year in 2022, and came in at #92 in the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants 2023 for Bull & Bell Steakhouse in Griffith.
The dining experience at Tower Lodge is designed to mirror the Hunter Valley’s intrinsic connection with food and wine. Guests will enjoy dishes hearty, inspiring and imaginative. Seasonal menus showcase the outstanding quality of Hunter Valley produce, and its location allows the team to align with the philosophy of turning to the sea, mountains, and valleys for its produce.
